What better way to kick off the summer than with some vibrant and delicious dishes to reflect the season.  Our Executive Chef at Travaasa Austin, Ben Baker, shares an original recipe incorporating fresh garden ingredients. A summertime classic, this super simple watermelon dish is the perfect way to start or end any meal. Freshly picked seedless watermelon Cashews Farm fresh blueberries Organic orange zest Spearmint Slice watermelon, remove rind and trim slices into three identical rectangles, any size will do.  Place one cup of cashews in a blender, add just enough water to cover the top of the nuts and blend until smooth and creamy.  Center one slice of watermelon in center of plate, add dollop of cashew cream, repeat with second layer and top with the...
