Known for its anxiety and stress relieving benefits, paired with sandalwood’s warm, woody and rich tones, this combination is sure to soothe. Maggie Wagner, our Senior Director of Spas, delivers a hand-crafted bath and moisturizing remedy sure to have you catching some shut-eye in no time.
- 7 drops of organic lavender essential oil
- 6 drops of organic sandalwood essential oil
- 1 ounce organic refined coconut oil, solidified
Fill your bathtub with hot water, and once full add 2 drops of lavender and 2 drops of sandalwood essential oil to the bath. Stir the water, and soak in the infused oil for 20 to 30 minutes.
After your bath, add the remaining 5 drops of oil and 4 drops of sandalwood oil to the refined coconut oil. Mix it all together with your fingers. Take this scent infused mixture, and massage it into your skin until rubbed in thoroughly.
