Amber Ale: Saint Arnold, San Antonio, TX
It has a rich, malty body with a pleasant caramel character derived from a specialty Caravienne malt. A complex hop aroma, with a hint of floral and citrus comes from a combination of Cascades and Liberty hops. The light fruitiness will pair well with any barbecue feast.
The One They Call Zoe: Hops & Grain Brewery, Austin, TX
This beer, based on pale and vienna malts, is light to golden in color with floral and citrus dry-hop aromatics. It has notes of lightly toasted bread and floral hops, giving it a great smooth finish.
Wailua Ale: Kona Brewing Co., Kailua-Kona, HI
This golden ale is made from Wailua Falls off the old Hana Highway. With bright citrus flavor from tropical passion fruit, this beer will definitely refresh you on a warm, sunny day.
CoCoNut Porter: Maui Brewing Co., Lahaina, Maui, HI
This robust porter is brewed with six varieties of malted barley, hops and hand toasted coconut. It starts with a malty-toasted coconut aroma followed by a rich silky taste of dark malt, chocolate and hints of coffee. A little spice and toasted coconut balance the finish.
