We know the benefits of eating healthy, but sometimes we resist because of the taste and the time it takes to prepare some healthy foods. With this mouth-watering flourless chocolate chipotle cake recipe from Travaasa Austin’s Executive Chef Benjamin Baker, you’ll forget that you are eating healthy.

What you’ll need:

1 pound chocolate pieces (Callebaut is a great chocolate)
1 cup brewed coffee
1/3 pound plus 1 Tablespoon unsalted butter
4 large eggs
1 Tablespoon chopped chipotle

Preparation:

Place chocolate on a double boiler and allow to melt with hot coffee. Stir in butter and allow to melt completely. Remove from heat and whisk in eggs. Fold in chipotle peppers. Distribute into baking vessels. Bake at 275 degrees for about 45 minutes. Allow to cool completely before unmolding. Unmold, garnish and enjoy!
