On June 30, 2011 Hotel Hana-Maui transformed into Travaasa Hana, the only all-inclusive resort in Hawaii. Joy Berry, Co-Founder of Travaasa Experiential Resorts and President, Green Tea, LLC and Mark Stebbings, General Manager of Travaasa Hana invited members of the Honolulu travel industry and media to celebrate the introduction of Travaasa Hana at a special luncheon at Halekulani, which took place June 16. Guests discovered the exciting changes taking place in heavenly Hana, and at the same time, embraced the romance of old Hawaii.

The cuisine reflected the history of Hana with a contemporary twist of flavors and presentation. Fresh fish and local beef highlighted Hana’s fishing and ranching history, while specialty beverages reflected Hana’s nourishing environment and natural setting. The bamboo archway leading into the room was draped in green monstera and fresh flower lei, exuding the magical fragrance of Hana.
