No matter your age, nothing says “summer” like enjoying an ice-cold popsicle under the sun! Hopefully by now we’ve all learned the art of strategically devouring a melting ice pop in middle of summer, but if not, we’re not here to judge those sticky (but tasty!) fingers. While homemade ice cream can be a bit tricky and requires special equipment, popsicles are a great healthy alternative and super easy to make at home. Whether you prefer a chocolaty treat or a fruity refresher, you can create your own summer snack using your favorite fresh ingredients, a few popsicle molds and a blender.

Here are a few of our most coveted pops. All you need to do is mix the ingredients in a blender, pour into a mold, add a popsicle stick, freeze for a few hours and voila…delicious!
