Last year, Travaasa Austin hosted its first ever Farm to Table Harvest Dinner, featuring the best of the best in local produce prepared by some of the most well-known chefs throughout the region. Last year’s harvest dinner was such a success, we’ve decided to make it an annual event!

Travaasa Austin is proud to announce the second annual Farm to Table Harvest Dinner, to be held at the recently opened Eleven XI in Houston, Texas, Sunday, November 17 from 5-10 p.m. Travaasa Austin’s Executive Chef Ben Baker and a selected group of talented chefs including Jon Buchanan (Trevisio), Kevin Bryant (Eleven XI), and Ryan Hildebrand (Triniti) will prepare a multi-course menu utilizing fresh, seasonal produce.

The event will kick-off with a cocktail hour beginning at 5 p.m. followed by dinner at 6 p.m. complete with wine pairings. Proceeds from this dinner will benefit Urban Harvest, a leader in the local food movement promoting healthy communities, sound nutrition and respect for the environment by educating children and adults and facilitating harvest and habitat gardens.
