To enhance the daily-changing dinner menu, Executive Chef Ben Baker and Certified Sommelier Edward Morgan work together to produce a menu of greatest hits to accompany the ever changing wine selection crafted around Chef Baker’s unique farm-to-table style. The wine list at Travaasa Resort Austin speaks in moderation. With more than 100 selections, Edward has been able to procure wines spanning over a dozen countries and hundreds of appellations, including a special selection of highly allocated wines for even the most discerning of clients to choose from.
