Dining Philosophy: Travaasa® Hāna, Maui showcases ocean-to-table cuisine and fresh organic fare with the majority of the produce, fish and beef on the menu sourced from Hāna and the island of Maui. Executive Chef Barry Villiarimo, who was born and raised in Hāna, utilizes ingredients like taro, breadfruit, sweet potatoes, coconut milk and fern shoots in his menus to honor how native Hawaiians, who depended on the mountains and ocean for food, ate.

The menu at Travaasa® Hāna, Maui features a Hāna-fusion flare that incorporates the many layers of culinary influences that are relevant to Hawaii such as Asian, Polynesian and European inspired dishes complimented by a health-conscious diet for which Hawaiians are known. An extensive selection of gourmet vegetarian and vegan dishes made from scratch are also available.

Dining Overview: Ka’uiki Restaurant features a tantalizing blend of Pacific Island and regional cuisine with fresh, locally caught fish and exquisite produce grown in Hāna or on the island of Maui. For the past three years Ka’uiki has been honored with the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence and is open for breakfast and dinner.

Paniolo Lounge offers a relaxing ambiance under a large covered lanai overlooking Hāna Bay and features lunch and light evening fare. The lounge is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Hāna Ranch Restaurant features Polynesian inspired ranch fare in a rustic, eclectic ranch-style roadhouse, which is open daily for lunch and dinner.

Wine & Beer Offerings: Travaasa® Hāna, Maui’s wine list mirrors Travaasa’s® environmental values by featuring organic, biodynamic and sustainable wines made by boutique producers spanning the globe. The beer and spirits offering is similar, featuring some of Hawaii’s best breweries and distillers such as Ocean Vodka, made from sea water on the island of Maui, and Bikini Blonde Lager, made by the Maui Brewing Company.

Fresh Island Caught Lilikoi Mahi Mahi – Lilikoi Glazed Fresh Island caught Mahi Mahi served with Bhutanese Red Rice and a Tai Vinaigrette and herb oil Papaya Salad

Grilled Shrimp & Avocado Cocktail – Grilled shrimp and Avocado served with Tahitian Lime Juice and spicy Tomato Compote
